Terms of Service
All of my graphics and layouts are free for your use, provided that you CAREFULLY read and follow a few guidelines. If you are found to be breaking these terms of use and not giving me credit for my hard work, you will be added to The Hall of Shame and you will be reported for website theft to your host and internet service provider.
Rule # 1 - Link Back
You can use my graphics on your website/forum/blog etc, provided that you link back to MyspaceFlux.com with either a text or a button link ON THE PAGE that the graphics appear. You can find the linking details on the Link Exchange page.
Rule #2 - Do Not Redistribute
Because I give you the right to use my graphics, doesn't give you the right to redistribute them. This means that it isn't acceptable to give my resources away to your visitors. My layouts and graphics are to be used to decorate you OWN myspace profile, not everyone else's.
Rule # 3 - Never Direct Link
Direct linking is when you use my image URL on your site instead of downloading the graphic and hosting it on your own server or on imageshack or photobucket. The only graphics that I allow to be directly linked have the linking codes underneath them for you to copy and paste.
Rule # 4 - Don't Steal
All graphics that I have made myself are marked with the MyspaceFlux.com URL or with my name. You are NOT to remove this from my images. I spend too much time making them for you to edit my credits off and claim them as your own. Don't steal other peoples hard work!
